LOCAL DELIVERY
Free standard delivery for all online-built terrariums, to a single location in Singapore. 2-4 days, between 12pm-10pm, usually in the evenings.
Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance.
Please ensure correct address and that the management (if any) regulations at the address provided allows for delivery access. In the event of a failed delivery due to restrictions at your delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to us. Additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery service.
In the event of delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If no one is available to receive the items at the delivery address, we will contact you and leave the items at the doorstep or as directed.
